30th Anniversary?

Since there were no 1983s released, are either 82s or 84s considered 30th anniversay?

Also, is it 20 or 25 years for a car to be considered a classic?

There simply is no thirtieth anniversary for the Corvette.

And I always thought it was twenty-five years for a car to be considered a classic.
