I have a running 327 that was in a 69 chevelle before I stuck it in a Olds Delta88. I rad fine has almost new distrubter and water pump. Mismatched heads and a 2 bbl. Any intrest as it would be a shame to junk it.

How much is not the issue as much as the where.. It is here in Alaska. Sorry but I wont deliver it over this range.Would like to get rid of it and all my "yard ordiments" as these new folks want to make this place just like "HOME"

WoW......that's a little further than im willing to drive, or will ever be going, even on my ship.
Just out of curiosity how much will it be for shipping if I covered it from your place to mine, say some sort of ground transportation like UPS or any other similar carrier. No overnight is needed, actually the longer the transit the less expensive, and its not like I will be putting it in as soon as I get it. Im in Jacksonville Florida, 32244 is the zip.

Dave, if your serious,Ill look into than. I expect it would be several hundred dollars.(I saw a lt-1 eng and trans in Delaware on E-Bay recently. The dude wanted $300. to ship to North Carolina!!)Honestly, I think you could find one closer to you for less than the shipping would be. I dont want you to get taken on that bill,I know I get shafted on shipping to Ak all the time. My favorite response from IDIOTS in the states(bussiness folks at that) is that thay wont ship to another country!! My zip here is 99654 in case you contact someone before I get to it. Did you ever see Sat night live with the yard-apolt? (like a catapolt)Damned if I dont need to build a BIGGER one than I had thought..Kyle

well I was serious till I just found our it was another country...hahaha....
I just checked the ups web site and the max weight is 150 lbs. I think the engine is a bit more than that, but for that it was 4day ground at 95.00.
FedEx has a freight shipping section but I was not able to get a price off them.
well im sure locally in this country ill be able to find something, if not and if you still got it, we can talk about shipping in multiple pieces under the weight limit..

This thing has been sitting here for 3 years or so when I gave the car to my daughter. We pulled the eng & trans(COULDENT KEEP T-350"s going in this car).I will ship in pieces if you want, but I'de rather gernade a FORD!!(for fun)Obviously your a Navy Man,And I will have Nothing to do with ripping/overcharging a fellow military person.(I was AIR FORCE)and I'am a life member of DAV.If you want this thing I will find a way to get it there,or close. I havent been "home" in 23 years, and family is *****ING about that. If this wernt rust bucket hell I would build this eng and trop in a 66 nova. If I go stateside this summer,I guss I could "through" it in the back of my truck and get it close to FLA.Mom is in Va. & Dad is in ARK.LONG LIVE VETERANS,VETTS & THE U.S.A.!!!!!

You guessed correct, im in the Navy out of Mayport FL. on a Guided Missile Destroyer. although I almost joined the AF, but I wanted to travel more. Now that im gone sooooo much I wish I did join the AF.

Just as long as the engine turns then it will work. And if you are coming to Va or Ak, ill be more than happy to make a trip up there to get it. if not then we will figure something on the shipping thing after the summer if you don't make it this way.

Let me know your plans when you do, and we will go from there. Like I said its no real hurry, cause im fixing to go on a 6mo deployment at the end of the year and will return mid next year, so threes plenty of time, just as long as your willing to hold it. thanks for the replies and support....

So you want to use it as a boat anchor? I hope not,I was suprised by this eng. I guss its got close to 200k on it,no smoke etc. Its just sitting here, dont guss anyone will steal it as it is somewhat heavier than a half-rack or 2.... Be carefull out there! We all appreciate what our military is doing and support them with all we have!
