How do you install the belt that runs from the harmonic balancer to the water pump on a '66 427/390 hp with ac and ps? How do you adjust it?

If I remember right you will have to remove the pulley bolts to the water pump and slip the pully off. Slip the new belt in the pulley grooves and put the pulley back on the water pump. You absolutely need the correct belt as it will be properly tensioned when the pump pulley bolts are tightened. Close will not be good enough here.
