67' protecto plate & window sticker

My 67' is a nicely documented vert. with orig. bill of sale and tank sticker.
However, I'm lacking the protecto plate and window sticker. What supplier(s)
could furnish me with a very nice repro. of these two forms of documentation.

the protecto plate might a little tougher to find. I would go to an NCRS meet and see get a copy of real one and change the info to match your cars info... but that sounds about as ethical as getting a copy of a friends social security card and adding a number to the end.
