What are you guys using for the dog legs right behind the door opening to keep the gravel and road dirt from chipping the paint in this area?
It's the front part of the rear wheel opening right next to the edge fo the door.
Thanks
Kurt

I think I've seen clear plastic pieces that fit over this area offered by some of the Corvette aftermarket vendors.

Has anyone used these or had any experience with them.
Many years ago I bought something called Cleartastic , basically little pieces of heavy clear vinyl that you just put on and they are held on by static cling but I misplaced them and never put them on.
They claim you can use and reuse but I seem to have lost them.

I've seen the clear plastic listed with the aftermarket providers and have noted that some of them say they are removable for show/judging.

I don't use them on my car. I occasionally have to clean off some road gook/tar, but chipping is minimal.
