'73 Stingray Convertible $8000 OBO.
Red Stingray Convertible. Power steering and brakes. Strong motor mostly stock. Runs great, always starts. No leaks. Rebuilt automatic transmission with shift kit. Rebuilt Quadrajet carburetor, stock four barrel manifold. Stock ram horn exhaust manifolds. Recent brake job. Quiet exhaust when cruising, but sounds healthy and shifts firm under hard acceleration. Tires are good, 295/50/15s in rear, 265s in front, all on stock 8" rally wheels. HEI distributor (no tach drive). Body needs repair, (my gate with front end, parking lot pole in rear, both slow speed <5 mph, no major collisions, fiberglass repair only. I recommend new front and rear sections from Ecklers, or other part manufactures. Pop-up headlights removed and custom "Monza" headlights installed some time ago. (could be replaced easily by originals, don't have them). Convertible top in good working order, and functional, but original vinyl is starting to wear. Interior needs restoration, black carpet a little worn and faded, seats seam stitching, vent missing in center console. Tilt/telescoping column with original steering wheel. One tiny dash crack. Mostly needs some restoration and TLC. See craigslist.com for photos or can email to you.
