Help! 74 bumpers

i would like to know which front and rear bumpers to replace on my 74 are flex the best ones need you expertise on this , Also saw them on amazon for 190.00 each
i dont think they are very good what do you think and where ca i purchase them, with a good price and good relaible bumpers,also how do you remove the retaining clips fron the body they a re rusted pretty good please help me thanks
