74 stock coil wire set up

I don't have a '74 photo, but you should have a cloth-covered resistance wire (from the ignition switch) and a yellow wire (from the starter solenoid "R" terminal) crimped together in a "U"-shaped spade terminal that goes on the (+) coil terminal (plus a spade from the radio noise suppression capacitor), and a small black wire from the distributor (points ground) on the coil (-) terminal.

I've been thinking of getting rid of the "bubba"ignition setup that my car came with and going back to the stock distibutor so i can get my vacuum advance back for some better part throttle drivability.

My car now has a Mallory Unilite dist. with a Mallory coil installed where the washer bottle is supposed to be.I need to find a stock coil bracket to get rid of that 4ft coilwire i have now:ohnoes,and get rid of that ballast resitor that i know is not supposed to be there.
