Just happened Wed night. I was comparing low beam and high beam and suddenly the lights are on only in low beam mode (low beam lamps only). In high beam mode, even the low beam lamps are out.

Upon inspection this morning, one low beam was out also. I cleaned the connections to the lamp and it's OK now (in low beam only).

I checked to see if any wires were disconnected while my foot was depressing the brake peddle and everything seems to be OK. All my other lights work.

Giggled the high/low beam lever. No difference.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Chuck M

I'd start looking at the grounds on the core support, and then the ground from the core support to the frame. After that, the dimmer switch itself.

check for 12 volts on the wires going to lights, if it is there, then probably a grounding issue.
