On an '81, what should all the wires be at the starter (specifically at the BAT terminal)?
From what I can gather from all of my manuals, one 3.0 RED/WHT w/1.0 Fusible link, and the following crimped/spliced together 5.0 RED & 3.0 RED/BLK w/1.0 Fusible link.
Does this mean that those 2 wires get spliced together and then connect to the starter with one fusible link? If so, that doesn't change the guage of the fusible link? I would think it would, but I guess not.
So, I'm just wondering if I'm reading the chart correctly?
