81' valve Covers Reversed PROBLEM???

I had the replacement valve covers installed by my mechanic. They are on the opposite way. Will this be a problem? I am not sure if the pcv valve and the air cleaner hose is on the opposite side. Can I leave it like this ? I drove the car the other day and it seems to be ok. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks, Rollsman
