81 With Tilt

I have a new 1981 Corvette I need help with. This car has a tilt steering wheel. The problem is the steering wheel has been changed to an aftermarket Grant wheel. Here is my important question, if I have tilt steering wheel does that mean I have tele also? Do 1981 Corvettes come with only Tilt steering? Please help I want to get the right steering wheel and I can not proceed without these answers. Thank you very much, Gene

my 81 has tilt/tele i think that was a standard option the new steering wheel will not allow tele unless it has the lock/dial to allow the wheel to move in and out
