84 Vacuum Source

My AC/HTR controls have lost thier vacuum . In all the diagrams I have received on the net , each one points to the source . Where is the vacuum source and does anyone have a diagram that shows the vacuum routing "after" it leaves the AC control unit? Thqnks in advance. Sam G.
