86 windshield washer fix

I wonder how many guys went out and bought a new windshied wiper control module when either the speed settings or the windshield washer didn't work. I know, I went and bought a new wiper switch, but it didnt solve the problem, I tested the washer motor and it worked so I figured it was the control module mounted on the wiper motor. To my delight I found the PC board inside looked pretty corroded, I grabbed my trusty can of electronic contact cleaner, I sprayed under the board but most importantly there is a ground connection on the casing that makes contact soley by the cover screw holding it against the metal casing.
Put it back together and everthing works fine! saved a $100 bucks.
