Thanks for posting pics of #10. To this day does anyone know the story behind why Callaway changing the front fascia on that particular Callaway only.

89-010

Thanks Redmanf1 for posting the pictures.:_rock It's always great when someone helps promote one of your dream cars:cool I sure am in favor of this car coming back to the USA, but it is great to see it being appreciated by the European fellow Corvette fans. Hopefully can keep 89-010 on radar as a future maybe?? Would definately like to know if car goes for sale:D

Thanks again for posting pictures Ike

PS: with that large! air intake would be curious to know if 89-010 stays cooler than average Areobody??

Redman those are great pics. Thanks for posting them.

Perhaps it was intended for the SuperSpeedster but the owner thought that it was too radical a look.

That looks like it was one heckuva show! I never knew that many Vettes existed so closely together and that there was that much enthusiasm for these cars in Europe.

Where was the show held?

Thanks again for sharing those pictures! Great teamwork guys!

No problem guys. Thanks to Bluewasp for taking them and sharing. :w

#10 was done years after the car was built. 94 or 95. It was a custom job that ran $125k!!!

This was the 3 day Corvette Fame event in Valkenburg The Netherlands! This is close to the belgium and Deutsch border so many international vette's come to visite.

1) I would LOVE to know what white letter tires the C5 has in the upper corner! It's just about impossible to find WLR tires in anything bigger than a ###/60/15 series over here! That looks SWEET just from that little snippet!

2) What does one do with that kind of duct work when it rains? I can't imagine getting water into your intakes in a good thing...

The answer to question #2 those are the intercooler exhaust duct no problem with water getting in there

Evolution,

As Callaway4Fun pointed out answering question #2, those are not the intakes, they are intercoolers. The intakes are under the hood and would not get wet (and take my word for it - there's plenty of air there to go around). Perhaps pictures from a similar set up would give you a better idea. See below: pic 1 is the intake air filter (one on each side). pic 2 is the intercooler
