Hello....Here is a link on Barry's website of the carpet job we did on my Greenwood in November and December last year. We did much work to the interior of the car, new seats, new carpet....New Sony Xplode front speakers and a host of smaller items.
One of the most nerve wracking was cutting off the old carpet on the door panels..What a chore......That PALED in comparison with the rear of the C3. The front of the car went so darn fast, I think Barry and I and my son Alex got a bit cocky....The back sure brought us down a notch or two.
I would NOT want to do this for a living, But I guess we figure out the tricks of the trade. I as well purchased my carpet from Wally/Al Knoch...
I think I spent about $75.00 on the glue...I initially had no idea the 3M Spray cost sooo much, but it was well worth the $$ spent. The entire interior restoration carpet, seats, speakers, door panel repairs ran me about $1,000.00 Which in my eye was money well spent.
Regards,
Andy

Thanks Andy..
I checked out the web page...Very Nice. Your car looks Sweeeeet..!! Your install is much more involved then mine due all the independent sections in the rear area as well as the front door panels and back of the seats.
Your Install came out excellent. I see you used Dynomat which probably made it easier to lay the carpet flat. I'm using the Horse hair type with a rubber top which is thicker and much more of a PITA.
Anyway .. I might have some help I hope over the weekend to deal with the rear area. That seems to be the PITA part. The front should go easier.
Thanks for postig the pic's
