What would a 1990 Black on Black conv. with 152,000 miles rebuilt motor and tranny be worth? Is $8,500.00 reasonable?

Price depends on many issues. Condition of interior & exterior are very important. If it's real nice, everything is there and no major paint flaws it sounds like a very good price. One place to compare prices is always Ebay. Go for it! You will love driving your rag top.

The car is worth what you want to pay for it. No really there is no way of determining from the provided info. That is alot of miles, and depending on if the engine was rebuilt, or even if the motor was taken car of makes a difference. If the car is all there then maybe it is worth the money. My brother found an 87 black convertible, with graphite interior, automatic, 49,000 miles. He paid $10,500
