Good morning
I have wanted a solid painted top for my car and was fortunate to be given a skin from a friend. His father was a Corvette owner (3). He acquired several body parts from the Union Carbide plant in South Charleston WV where he worked that were sent back to be cut up because they had some minor defect. Their were hoods, tops, doors and other parts. The skin is for a C4 but I do not know if it will fit on my year and frame correctly or if it is even doable?? My top has what looks like something has dripped on it and was left on to long before cleaning it off. Maybe tree sap or acid rain??? You can feel where it took the finish off. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated. OBTW now for some useless trivia, South Charleston WV was world headquarters for Carbide before their demise.
