96' fault code P0161

Just a quick question about a fault code set in my 96'. P0161 which is "02 sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 2"
Is the 02 sensor bad? and if so, where is it on the exhaust system ? I sure don't want to switch out a good sensor ,if I can help it......Thx Phil
