Hi All, I just changed my coil (MSD 8225) cap (MSD 8411) and rotor (MSD 8410), and now my tach does not work properly. It runs fine until about 2000 rpm, then drops off. Any ideas on why this would happen?

is the tach wire butting up agaist anything else electrical. I changed my distributor and the tach was acting very weird. My tach wire was resting agaist a spark plug wire or some other wire (i forget what exactly) anyways, i moved the tach wire/filter so that it doesn't hit anything and it since has worked fine.
