A very strange, and I do mean strange throttle body porting question/idea.

What if I ported the throtle body?
What I mean is siameise porting, not the butter fly part of course, but just the opening part leading to the butter flies.
where you'd put an "air foil" at/on
What do you think? possible gain? or possible disaster?
Am I off my rocker?

I don't think it would do any good, plus...if you damage it, it will cost more than just buying a 52 mm unit on exchange.

I bought mine from www.tpis.com and it was around $200. The one they sent me is a beautiful unit, including the TPIS throttle plate.
