My 96 LT4 Vette has the most perplexing ABS issues I have ever seen. Long and short of it, The front wheels lock up under heavy breaking. I first noticed it back in October while racing it in an Auto Cross in Marina CA. Since then I have done the following with no positive results.
1. Replaced the ABS controller- result, Controller reads right front wheel, not the left drivers side.

2. Replaced wheel bearing and sensor on the front left wheel.

3. Checked for mechanical issues, rotors, calipers, pads etc. Everything checked out.

4. Replaced all the hydraulics, master, slave cylinders.

5. Used a pigtail harness to bypass the wiring from the ABS controller to the sensor. It did not fix the problem!

Has anyone ever experienced this before? With any late model C4? I am running out of ideas and solutions! I feel like I am going mad! :ugh

Thanks! I want to race my car again with brakes that work!
