40th Anniversary AC issues

AC seems to work when its on auto.. if I put it on to just blow front face vents it sometimes will work and sometimes wont and when it works its cold for the first few seconds and then goes warmer??? Any ideas?? any help???

SOUNDS LIKE THE PROGRAMER MAY BE BAD. HAVE YOU GOT A FSM. IF SO CHECK THE HEATING-COOLING SECTION. IF YOU WANT HELP GIVE ME A CALL
