ac question

hello. if my plate states 2.75 lb r12 do I use the same amount of 134 when I switch over?

Most of the guys I've talked to and threads I've read say 10% less R-134. Hard and fast rule or not, I have no idea.

thanks Tim. ive never worked on ac so im gathering info and watching videos. iv bought a set of gagues and vac pump and am gonna give it a try. any additional info is always welcome.
