Access Burnt Out Tail Light Bulb '85 C-4

OK....Just noticed I have a Right Turn Signal Bulb out, and I took a look under my car to see how to access the Tail Light's?....It's obviously a "NO GO" from UNDER the car and it appears the only way is from removal of the license plate and then over to the light's, UNFORTUNATELY I'm NOT a SMALL Dude and SKINNY arms I don't have either!! LOL!! So, I suppose I'll have to get my nephew who DOES have Skinny arms to change out the bulbs???...Unless somebody has some other way of changing the bulbs!!???

Access to the inner is easiest via the removed plate, but I can get my meaty arm to the outer if I unbolt and drop the muffler.
