Adding an OEM CD Changer

Hi All,

I found an OEM CD changer on ebay.

Are '99 C5's pre-wired for a changer? If so, can someone tell me where the plug/wiring harness is? I know it would be in the trunk, just not sure of exactly where.

My changer is located along the back wall in the large center storage area. I'm not sure that all cars were prewired for a changer and I'd be surprised if they were.

I bought my OEM changer off of ebay... Although I had the connection under the dash on the passenger side, I still had to buy the harness that goes to the back.

btw... That price on ebay looks a little steep. I paid less than $100 for mine.

Mine must be set up the same way because I haven't been able to find the harness in the trunk area. Thanks for the heads up on the price of the changer. I'll definitley wait for a better deal if I decide to install one.
