Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulators

I did a search but could not find out what I was looking for. I want to put an adjustable fuel regulator on it so if the pressure is to low I can turn it up when I get this motor done. I seen on tpis theres for like 89 bucks. What is the best out there to get? Thanks

There are several out there. I have an ACCEL one. I dont remember the cost of it though. You can get them from Ecklers, Mid America, LPE, LG etc.

I use an aeromotive the accel filled my engine up with fuel.About $119.00
and easy to adjust.
The rubber diaphram in the accel does not work for my engine.

My original one was from Ecklers or Mid America (I don't remember which.) and it was really cheap. The threaded nipple for the vacuum line stripped out and the adjusting screw was so long it contacted the plenum.


I now have a Holley and it is much better made and was less than $50. Sorry but I don't remember where I got this one either. I was ordering parts from several different sources last spring and don't recall which ones came from where. :confused I would have the receipt at home.

HOLLEY is The Best! Very easy to adjust. PN 512-501. Got mine from Summit, around 80-90 bucks. These are the premiere AFPR's. Check it out

That part number showed no matches, and the only other ones I could find were accel from summit. Who else sells Holley regulators?

Sorry Justin, I had the same problem. It's HLY 512-501 and it's hard to find. It's listed for the 305 motors under Firebirds and stuff, not for vettes. Here ya go. You won't be disappointed

The picture of Holley appears to have very good quality. I also had a problem with the one from Mid America. The threaded nipple for the vacuum line stripped out, but I fixed it with locktight.

No problem Moon. Will I have any problems with running that since it's for the 305 and not the 350? Any modifications I would need to do to make it work? Thanks

Heh. Since the TPI was originally designed for the 305, I'd say no .

I have the TPIS one, which is a bit more work to adjust and a bit more fragile. However, when I did break the vacuum nipple during my upgrade work, they sent me a new cover and nipple at no cost (not even shipping).
