I am rebuilding the original motor in the Vette. I am not looking to get killer HP with this car, just want a nice driver with a little get up and go.
What I plan to have done:
bored .030 over
1.5 ratio rocker arms (more low end torque, or so I've heard)
goodbye smog junk
rebuild heads
replace cam
headers
new performance exhaust
Everything that you would do with a normal rebuild...forgive me for what I have forgotten, I worked last night and am a little groggy.
Can anyone advise me on what cam I should be looking for to get better low end torque and still keep it a daily driver? Oh, and what else should I have done?
