Air Cleaner Seal ?

Thanks again Bill. I want to keep it as original as possible.
One thing I still don't understand how come yours fits with the smaller side up with the lip facing out. I would have to turn mine inside out. And then there is no way to attach it. Yours almost looks like you got it on the inside of the flange.
????
TIA

Nope, it's on the outside just like yours. I think you have it on correctly in the picture, it just has a little different shape than mine.

OK,I'll glue it on today. I think I'll use Hi-Temp RTV Black Silicone. Just enough on the bottom of the flange. The rubber seal is really slippery and I think that's why it slips off. And IMO that's why GM glued them on. Thanks for all the help Bill!

Jeff, use 3m weatherstrip adhesive, it's available in most auto parts stores.

Thanks Bill For all your help. I used Crazy Glue. Just a few drops here & there from the backside. Seems to work fine. Albeit, my hood don't close when I drop it. I have to push it on both sides. IMO it's because the seal is new.
