how does this filter compare to something like the K&N or even a stock aper filter which has been shown to more then adaquite for the needs of the ZR-1?

from what some friends that have these say . they are better made fit better filter better and make at least the same power that the k&n does . the fit better part is what i will like best . never did like how the k&n fit
