I bought a couple of used CDI torque wrenches recently and was researching them when I ran across CDI's website: http://www.cditorque.com/main.html There is much good information about torque definitions and the difference between error types when measuring. There is even a formula you can use to recompute torque measurements when you use an extender bar with your wrench. Just click on "torque facts" to find the info. Altogether pretty good stuff that I just wanted to pass on.
