Another Power Top Problem

The problem i am having with my power top is:

1) When putting top down it stops half way and thats it i have to wait the four minutes sometimes longer for the presure to release. Then i have to close the top down the repeat the process hoping that maybe around the 4-5th time it will go down all the way and latch properly.

2) To use the top manaully the instructions they gave do not work for some reason.

Is anyone else on this forum having the same problems with the power top or is there a cure for this problem other then letting the car sit at the service garage all summer for them to figure it out.

Hi there,
I would suggest that the micro position switch, for either the rear toneau or the top mechanism itself, is not adjusted.
It could also be the control module for it.
But, if it stops in the middle of the process, I would definately suspect one of the microswitches.
