hi there guys,
just got a new brake bias spring!

any ideas or tips on how to install the bias spring the best way?

can i remove the whole brake master cylinder and install it this way?

i also brought myself a mechanics set of small picks which can apprently help getting the spring and clip out!

this is not much room i have noticed where the nut is at the end of the clyinder to start work on it though thats why i thought it may be better to remove the whole assembly!

any ideas or help at all please guys?
thanks glen

hi there again!
finally figured out how to install brake bias spring!
i went ahead and pulled out the whole brake master assembly!
much easier to get the spring, piston c-clip out with it out of the car!

any way i noticed on the metal brake resovoir part it said on it"PBR" AUSTRALIA which is a big brake company here in australia!

does any one else say there master cylinder is made in australia?

also i noticed that the new "drm" brake bias spring is firmer and shorter bye about 1" in lengh, is this normal?

i also fitted 4 new speed bleeders, wow what a one man show with them!
they make is so much easier to bleed!

although i thought i had bleed all 4 brakes enough but the brake pedal seems to be very spongy still!
when driving along for the test drive i had to pump the brakes 3 or 4 time to get a firm pedal!
does thsi mean i need to re bleed them?

any other tips to help me get out all the air out of the system?

thanks

Pump some more fluid through it. It sounds like you still have air in the system if the pedal is spongy.
