It fits, yes... I put them in all the time. It's not a bolt in or clamp in, however... if you've a welder and have fabrication skills it's not a problem, tho.

I plan to install the Xpipe along with 2- 3" cats, would you recommend the cat's upstream of the xpipe or vice-versa. Yes it will be a DIY job.
