Anyone know this 4 sp Indy Pace Car in Florida?

I am looking at this 4 sp/L82 Indy pace car down in Cape Coral Florida. Supposedly it have been judged Top Flight at the regional level.....anyone have first hand knowledge of the car would be appreciated.
