Anyone riding on Edelbrock shocks?

Going to replace my shocks at the end of the summer. I'm currently riding on Bilsteins and like them, but I've been looking at the Edelbrocks. If you've got them, how's the ride?

I've still got the Bilsteins on my Vette, but I installed the Edelbrock IAS shocks on my truck and have no complaints. Everything I've read about them (in any magazine) has been good.

How much are they asking for those Edelbrocks?

I can't recall what I paid for mine at the time, but I see them priced "from $69.95..." when I do a Google search.

Those are in the Bilstein range then. How about those TPIS or KYB shocks? I haven't heard anything bad about them and their prices are much easier on the wallet. Though no one said that being a Corvette owner was supposed to be easy on the wallet! :L

I put TPIS shocks on mine about 3 months ago. No complaints here. The car seems a lot smoother now. And they were dirt cheap compared to the Edelbrocks & Bilsteins.

I have Edelbrocks on my 1994 vett just a little solid or stiff for a good ride but I race mine and it makes a big difference .Make sure you use the urthane bushings that come with them the rubber will not even last a year .
They will bounce alot but I put 315 drag radials on the back and they smothed out and there is no noise at all from tires and the bounce is not bad now.

Thanks for all the responses. Based on what I've heard, I'm going to give them a shot. Did some surfing and found them at AJUSA.com and Shockwarehouse for about $450.00 a set (all 4). Going to check around a little more, but that's the cheapest I've been able to find so far.

I really love my KYB shocks, they perform really well.
