Welcome to the Corvette Forums at the Corvette Action Center!

anyway to clean antifreeze out of carpet?

Is it still wet?
You may try something to absorb it like Oil-dri or baking soda. The steam may not do much since glycol doesn't really evaporate. Something that will absorb it and then can be vacuumed up may be your best option.
Good luck!

Diulte it with water and wet-vac it up. Repeat several times until the greasy feeling is gone.

I agree

Dilute it... shop vac it...keep repeating.. I used this stuff from the 99cent store " Amazing Orange" it's a good degreaser & cheap~

that will help cut the anti freeze...

How did you get it, car, in the house? Or did you really splurge and put carpet in the garage for your Vette?

maybe the heater core blew? Seen that happen on a BMW and the passenger footwell had about 1/4 inch of antifreeze in it
