ASR & Cruise control

Hello out there,

Anyone familiar with the ASR and the removal of the unit along with the cruise control?? Seems like a overcomplicated cable system to the engine. Never use cruise so why take up the space.....

You can remove the cruise control hardware without destroying ASR function. They use some of the same pieces.
