I own a 1988 B2K Callaway Corvette convertible; it has been in storage for the past six years. I'm in the Air Force and was overseas and I couldn't take my car with me. I'm thinking about selling it, but I don't know the value of the car.
Here is some background information on the car: #54 of 124 built in 1988, 100K+ miles, Doug Nash 4+3 transmission, minor front end damage (I had it repaired). The DYMAG wheels had the paint stripped off by a previous owner. The back window has been replaced. I have the original presentation box (minus the pen and MagLite in the portfolio). I also have most of the maintenance records from the first owner.
The car hasn't been on the road in six years. My father starts the car every couple of months and backs it out of the garage but he will not take it on the road. He drove it several times when I first put it in storage but the car scares him, too much HPs.
I would appreciate your input on the car's value.
Thanks
Steve
