Hello All

I have been searching for an intake system for my 93 and have found the Bigmouth. Have any users been caught in a rainstorm. If so what about incoming water????

i didn't think that was an intake system... just a better air dam to get air into the engine compartment, not necessarily the engine.

To me it looks like a ram air system to supply more and cooler air. So is it safe if you are caught in a rainstorm????????

I consider Ram Air to be a system to force air into the engine, not just the engine compartment.


Being that the Big Mouth just helps to get more air into the engine compartment, there is no reason that it isn't just as safe as stock... Meaning, rain is fine... but flooding isn't.

We may not be on the same page as to what the Big Mouth is... do you have a link?
