According to corvette by the numbers, 3932386 is a 350 block whereas the seller of a C3 swears the engine is a 327. I've looked a number of other publications and websites and many of them list the number either way. What's your opinion? Thanks

its quite possibly a 327

Quite simple
327's were made both with a large journal and a small journal crank. A large journal 3.25" stroke crank in any 350 block will make a 327 whereas a 3.48" stroke crank will make it a 350

The 3932386 block casting was used in '69 as a 302 ci, 327 ci, and a 350 ci. The 302 and the 350 were 4-bolt mains, the 327 was 2-bolt mains.
