Here is part one from a while back:http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74303
I haven't had anything except time to think about this problem. I figured that before I start ripping the intake and head off I try the simple things first. The obvious? Here:

I've got oil visibly coming out between the head, the exhaust manifold and the bolt. I removed the bolt in question and the next bolt on cyl #3. All the exhaust manifold bolts I coated with anti-sieze. As you can see the top bolt has oil in all the threads and no anti-seize. This engine has been sitting about 2 months.

It was suggested to me that the bolt might go into or almost through to the valve cover pan area and the oil might be seeping through to the exhaust. Can oil be traveling up the threads and sucked into the exhaust manifold between the head and manifold?

High Speed Exhaust gas passing past Head and Manifold mating surface,Could create a vacuum that would suck oil through the bolt thread's if there was a casting Flaw in head,I believe!!:upthumbs junk!!
