Hi,
I'm removing all body mounts in order to lift the body. Most of the birdcage seems to be ok, but the #3 left side body mount area was completely rusted away. Can this piece be purchased separately? I see that Corvette Central has the entire rocker channel with front and rear piece for $224, but I do not need all this.

Photo is from the wheel. There is a hole towards the interior where the light is coming from, and the body mount area is completely gone.

Found it. Seems that only Zip sells it separately.
Anyone has done this?

Sorry I can't add any help but would be interested in what you find out. Currently I have the body off my frame 1977. It is not as bad as yours but I want to take care of any area the has potiental of failure. Jack

Ok. I will lift the body in the coming weeks.
Just curious, how did you do the body lift?
