Brakes for a '96 C4

I too am considering my first Corvette. Here In Manitoba our safety inspections are done imho in reasonable depth including checking rotors for thickness, warp etc and the numbers are recorded on the form. When asking detailed questions I am simply attempting to determine what the final approx $$ to purchasing the vehical, importing/transportation, and getting through both the federal and provincial safety/compliance inspections. Corvette prices based on my so far limited research are higher in Canada hence the need to examine the complete picture when looking to import. There is a beautiful selection of Corvettes in the US. I sure do envy you folks with a 12 month driving season.

I think you ought to go to your local parts store and buy a front set for about $75.00 and change them yourself. Takes less than a half hour to do.

Just my 2 cents.

At the rate the USD is dropping against the Canadian Dollar (and most other currencies) that isn't going to last much longer.
