Question: Build sheet code info

I recently took delivery of a 2008 Crystal Red Coupe. Does anyone know the codes that appear on the build sheet? I'm asking about the codes such as "IP Harn 9498, ENG Harn 757, etc. No the codes such as QX3, F55.. What do the numbers mean? I'm sure GM has an explaination for the numerical/alphabet soup:eyerole

My guess:

IP Harn = Instrument panel harness
Eng Harn = Engine harness

Part numbers so the line builders know which electrical harness to put in the vehicle for certain options...........
