C1 Steering Wheel Repair

I've got some cracks in the steering wheel. Can these be repaired or is it better to buy a new repro wheel? If they can be repaired, any recommendations? I should have addressed this over the winter, but as I look out the window and see snow falling, maybe it isn't too late to still consider a repair if it's feasible and not too long a turnaround.
