C2 headlight motor

Can anyone tell me why my 67 does not have wheel on either headlight motor. Had 2 other C2s and they both had them.

Someone probably used pliers to turn them manually and broke the wheels off the shafts.

Are there any reliable after market C2 headlight motors that are better than originals??

I've never heard of anything. The originals work great when they are in proper working order.
