C2 Seat upgrade

I have done extensive research on aftermarket seats for my 66 coupe and with only 19" of floor width to work with the only seats I could fit were Cobra, Lemans. They are made in England and are of high quality. They look and feel like Recaros. The frames are made by Recaro. I hope this helps some of you looking to upgrade those seats. John

Tom, I purchashed them from Sube Sports. www.Subesports.com they are good people. I did not use the adaptors, they take up too much headroom. I bolted the sliders to the floor with 5/16" x 2" elevater bolts with the heads cut to fit inside of the sliders. The front holes match up perfect. just drill out the existing nut and drill a hole in each plate for the rear. They are sooooooooooooo much more comfortable. John

Those Cobra seats are cool. I got distracted by Miss Cobra Seats for a while but eventually got back to the seats.
