C4 1986 pace car

Good morning boys and girls, OK this is my first time on any forum basically im a virgin. my question is i just installed new brakes and disc on my baby and noticed after like about 20 min of driving it felt like the brakes were being pressed and the peddles was hard, arrived home and noticed brake dust on the backs only what should i look for to correct this small issue i hope.

No the only thing i did was compress the caliper in with a clamp.

I do.

In fact, if the brake fluid has never been changed, I'd flush the brakes.
