Just a followup question but if code B0521 is right bank lean, wouldn't a loose maf cause both banks to go lean?

I tightened everything as you suggested in a previous post. The car is pulling a 25 reading on LTFT on the right bank with the STFT adding fuel as well.

Any other suggestions?

Hi there,
Your showing a B0521, which is a body control code????????????
How do you know your fuel trims?????
Please explain, and in what module you found this code?????

Sorry about that. Should have been P0171H. Pulled this off the DTC.

Also hooked up Predator and monitored right bank. LTFT running up to 25 . STFT mostly positive adding fuel. LTFT never dropped below 17 no matter what the driving condition.

I wasn't running their program when I ran the diagnosis!!

Car had all software updates about three months ago from Chevy

Car has Borla Stinger Mufflers, Blackwing Filter and TTS headers. Pup cats are removed. O2 sensors are still in place front and back.

Hi there,
The must be a air leak somewhere in your header system, that would cause this to occur. Pup cats readings could also change to the rear o2 sensors, so that also could cause an issue.
Remember, that the short term fuel trims are what you should be looking at, because these change much more quickly than long term.
o2 sensor readings can tell you alot about what is going on.
I would reset your fuel trims, and then see how far out the system is going.
Doing a live plot with a scan tool, to see exactly how far out they are.

Thanks. That makes sense.

I took tehc ar for anotehgr drive. I installed the stock tuning and initially, 02's were fine. After a few minutes, LT trims started to climb again. ST Ft was constantly adding fuel during cruise conditions or when slowing. When accelerating, both LT and ST trims started dropping. Long terms came down to 14-16 and ST were negative. Once in cruise mode, LT trims shot up again.

Also, noted that left bank was also showing a slightly lean condition with the LTFT's running about 4-5.

I pulled off the MAF and the bellows, double checked and re-installed. Also checked the headers and found no leaks or lose bolts.

The car threw codes about a week ago as I indicated, P0171H, B0521H and U1064H. I cleared them and they came back. I cleared them again. Since then, no new codes. How lean would it have to get to throw a code again?

Now have code P0101 showing up when I check with Predator. Bad MAF would lean out both sides, right?
